Petite question, suite à l'inscription on reçoit par mail un document PDF à imprimer, signer et renvoyer et il est bien spécifié de faire compléter la partie certificat médical par le médecin.
Peut-on, a votre avis, envoyer une copie du certificat médical où doit-on obligatoirement faire compléter le document par le doc ?
