Hello Marc78,
Non ce n'est pas Mod_sup13 qui a fait 2h53 au marathon de Paris c'est son pote qui est V3.

Ah ben c'est sur qu'avec mes 3h28 en 2006 et 3h32 en octobre 2007 (mais 15 jours après les 100km de Millau), je ne peux pas rivaliser en coach ...
Encore que vu ton temps BBoop ... je pourrais être un excellent coach !!!

bboop je m'entraine avec un coacht ffa c'est mon frere mais tu vois la je m'entraine pour un 100 km donc l'entrainemet est tres special du km 170 par semaine |

Détrompes- toi, même en faisant 3h28 au marathon tu peux être un excellent coach !
Cela n'a rien à voir. Pour ma part je ne serais certainement pas un bon coach.
Il me faut d'ailleurs un excellent coach pour améliorer mes performances et je peux vous dire que son plan je le respecte à la seconde et au mètre prêt.
